Champions - College Park

This is the finest hotel restaurant I've experienced at any Marriott property. I've visited twice, and each time, the dinner has been excellent. The service is top-notch; the staff is very friendly, and even when it gets busy, they remain attentive. Lynette provided stellar service. I ordered the country-style grilled chicken fingers as an appetizer and the grilled stack salmon for the main course. Both times, the food has been outstanding.

The service was excellent and definitely deserves a 5-star rating. However, the prices were a bit high, though they align with the local area. A double drink costs $24, and 9 wings are $17. While the wings were fantastic, they came with a store-bought blue cheese dressing, which was smooth but not homemade. Overall, the company I enjoyed was priceless.

I visit ATL frequently and often stay at the Marriott hotels near Champions Bar and Grill. For the past six weeks, I've been staying here 3-5 times a week, and Champions has become my top choice! The food and atmosphere are excellent, but the real highlight is Kathryn, the bartender. I keep coming back not just for the food, but because she makes me feel at home, even when I’m traveling alone. While the overall service is great, Kathryn truly stands out with her exceptional, instinctive hospitality. Thank you to everyone at Marriott and Champions for making my time away from home feel so welcoming!
