Gran Gusto - Collaroy (NSW)

So unassuming in every way and not easy to find, but so worth the hunt!The food and the service was beyond excellent.The food is made with heart and soul and you can taste it in every mouthful.

Some epic I am in flavour country moments to be had here, the chef putting plenty of mastery on display. Waitress was great as well. Czech beers on tap as a bonus.

I cannot believe how irresponsible this place is. We are in severe lock down and they are allowing 30 people to congregate without social distancing, without wearing masks drinking beer on the footpath and on the nature strip in front of their restaurant. Talk about covid catchment area. I wouldn't use that restaurant if I was starving. We are all suffering with lock down and they don't give a s**t about spreading it in the community. We'll never get out of lock down with people like this. Google won't allow me to post this without a star rating. So I had to give one star but be assured this is a MINUS 1 star rating. !!!!!!

Welcome to Italy! Such a lovely chef, great suggestions and friendly service. The food is amazing and well priced for what you get! It’s BYO so it isn’t an expensive night. We love it so much here and we can’t wait to go back again!
