I came to this place and made a request for my order, the guy preparing the bread, a fly fell on it and still I told him and they delivered it to me like that, it's really unethical.

Stopped in today and the order that my kids usually get at other places she said wasn’t “really allowed anymore”. After explaining what other locations usually do, she made it that way and no problems. Treat people with kindness and understanding and even when there is confusion at first, you can figure out a way to work it out together. Great service!
