Riverhouse Restaurant - Coldwater

We visited last Sunday and enjoyed some beers on the outdoor deck. The river view was incredibly stunning, making it a perfect spot to unwind. We will definitely return in the future.

We stopped for lunch on our way and made a reservation for the terrace at Kovid. The location offers a nice view of the activities on the port and river. The staff was friendly and the food was typical pub fare. Overall, it's a good spot to stop by whether you're arriving by boat or by car. While the staff was diligent about cleanliness and wearing masks, some of the male staff appeared to be careless. I would be hesitant to dine inside at this point.

This restaurant is not your typical establishment. It is unique and stands out from the rest. We stumbled upon it while driving along the Severn River. The food is all homemade and delicious. I highly recommend trying the potato soup and the Veggie Burger, both of which are excellent. The fries are also cooked perfectly. We stopped at the Riverhouse restaurant during boating. We sat on the deck. The service was slow because there were not enough staff, although there were not many. While we waited, the owner(? a few times to shout another group... to correct the screens. Those who ordered burgers or Pommes were satisfied with their meals. Three of us ordered their hot tomato salad. I ordered the kid while the others ordered a big one. The only difference in size was that the small had two tomato slices, while the big had three. The salads were crushed in Balsamico Essig Dressing. The dressage was about 2 cm deep in my salad bowl. When it was served, spilled liquid my clothes. The server apologized. The salads tasted awfully with so much dressing. I sent mine back, and they replaced him with another one dressed on the side. It was better. We're not going back to this restaurant.

Love to stop there while boating on the Severn. Great food, service and atmosphere. We make the trip through the lock from our cottage just to have lunch there.
