Tim Hortons - Coldbrook

This Tim Horton's is connected to the Wendy’s in the same building. We have been to the Tims multiple times but the Wendy’s only one. The staff at the Tim Horton’s always seems to be distracted, poor providers of customer service, and generally clued out on what they are supposed to be doing. You have to hand-feed them what they have to do most of the time. We have been there before and waited in line ten minutes to even have them notice we were there. (There were no other customers in the restaurant, so it's not like we blended in with anyone else. This recent visit was a combination of the previous behaviour, and a surprisingly really professional and impressive behavior by one of the staff. I was impressed she even worked there. Very friendly, helpful, and she knew what she was doing. Miracles never cease. We will keep coming back occasionally anyhow, just because it’s a Tims in this neighbourhood.

99% of the time I go in the drive thru and it's totally fine, no complaints. I prefer Tim Hortons coffees for coffee. The odd time I go in its fine, no complaints I had a good sit in and coffee meet up there, I was there for like 2 hours.

One of the slowest Tim's I've been too. In drive thru for 15mins . But, atleast our vanilla ice coffees were made right.

This time used to be the best, but our stop today has changed our minds. The washroom is very dirty, ruler, toilet, faucet even the hand dryer. The room around the checkout where you order and where you pick up was dirty with food and spilled coffee. The showcase had a lot of dust on it and lots of food waste in the floor. The more I saw, the more terrible it is.
