Sinful Delights - Cold Lake

Ok but nothing special. Soups are mixes coffee is weak grilled sandwiches and deserts are ok they have icecream and a table or two outside. Clean and quick.

Again, for this area, this place is one of the better and one of the only coffee joints...but it's not impressive. For the price, it's a little disappointing. A for effort, but I walked in and got something other than what I ordered. The barista...didn't seem to like her job or be friendly at all. There's cutsie art work and knick knacks everywhere, but not paying for a ceramic teapot or Wooden board quote that you can get from World Market or Pier One for a third of the price.

Pretty cool little place near Goncourt metro station.

Now called Nourish the Soul. This is the only place in Cold Lake to actually get a healthy meal. Mostly a lunch place. Excellent soup. Homemade bread and baking. Good grilled sandwiches. Salads and some entrees. Made with love and care about nutrition. Very clean....More
