O2's Cold Lake

Came back a second time, food and staff were amazing. So I had to come back and change the rating to a 5/5.

First of all, I was scared to go to Cold Lake 's hottest bar .Let me tell you, the service we got on the first day absolutely astounded me, with a table of 30+ people, Caroline, thank you! You were amazing.Navi, really was a pleasure to meet you, I was always happy to see you while catching a drink at the bar!Desiree, you handled a bunch of idiots (including me) with such professionalism, I was so thankful for you then. I still am now.Thank you all so much

First and only night in Cold Lake we chose to eat here. Took us over 45 minutes or more to recieve our drinks while the table behind us that came after had recieved 2 rounds of drinks. Cutlery was forgotten and one napkin at the table for 5 people. My frosted mug had hair in it. Food was good but probably won't eat here again.

Love their food so i walked in for lunch but servers and bar tenders literally just stared at me while I waited for their service.
