Neptunes at Northside - Coffs Harbour

This restaurant was very disappointing. We tried it once and most likely would not go back. Everything tasted greasy and overcooked. We even saw another couple send back their fish because it was so terrible. Maybe we just visited on a bad day?

I ordered two pieces of hoki at this restaurant and had to pay extra for crumbs. It was just okay. I also bought my daughters a hamburger, but the patty was mostly soggy breadcrumbs. The chicken schnitzel burger was overcooked and tasted like cardboard. The chips were decent, but could have been crispier. We are lucky to have a better fish and chip shop close by in Brisbane. The total cost for our usual order, which is usually under $30, was $57.

I have found my go-to place for fish and chips at this restaurant. The staff is very friendly, the food is always fresh, and the prices are reasonable. The variety of options is great and everything is cooked perfectly without being too greasy. I highly recommend this spot!

The owners of this cafe are very friendly and provide great service which is a great start when you walk through the door. It's nothing fancy in terms of the decor, but the food is really good and prices are good so it's definitely worth a visit for a good breaky or lunch.

Great takeaway! My bacon and egg roll had at least two whole rashers of bacon which is awesome! Scallops were very yummy and hubby had a TexMex burger and he said it was delicious. Fast and friendly service.
