Cocoa - Coffs Harbour

I went into this caffe, sat outside and ordered a coffee and water. put my laptop and phone in to do a da something. coffee came and was nice (the 2 stars instead of 1.) a waitress cleared up the next table and I asked her politely if she could get me a water. She told me no, she was too busy and I could get it from inside. I told her I had all my work on the table and didn't want to go and she told me that nobody would steal it. I asked her to watch it at least while I went after my water and she refused. she was honest with one of the most rude service staff I've ever seen. a nice passant has overheard all this and offered to observe my things while I went in to get the water.

Eating was in order, mixed drinks were ok (not terrible not amazing.) I set a lot of reviewers complaining about customer service. I found it good, nothing special. I suppose there's room to improve, but it wasn't terrible. they can help him if they ask for it. the price was so.

Both the man and the lady who served us were rude. we felt like an inconvenience for them. when we ordered a 2nd series of coffees, they had to ask to clear our dirty tellers away, only a few were taken with great reluctant. coffee and cake were good, but we will not go back there. they need to make a cure in customer service.

We visited this restaurant for coffee and cake, and ended up going back every day during our stay in Coffs Harbour. The staff were fantastic - friendly and went above and beyond to make our visit enjoyable. Plus, where else can you find a place that serves pot tea with loose leaf tea brewed to perfection?

The service was slow and the food was not as flavorful as usual. The fish of the day was overcooked and too salty. The calamari was chewy and lacking in flavor. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.
