Shari's Cafe Pies - Coeur d'Alene

It was amazing. I ordered more than $300 food for me and the staff here at Silver Ridge Care (formerly known as Lacrosse Health and Rehabilitation Center) in Coeur d'Alene, ID. It was so timely that it was still hot! Cudes to Shari's restaurant cooks! They did an enormous work that brought the food out so quickly. Thanks to the driver and for fast delivery.

Food amazing and at a good value for the price(s). Zack, our server, made our dining experience exceptional! More than a 5 star rating to say the very least!

I give 5 stars for the wonderful compassionate customer service provided by the young man who served our table today. This restaurant clearly understands how to treat elders with respect, and take the time to communicate with those who may have disabilities. Our server made everyone feel important and was patient with our small group. The food was hot, fresh and delicious as always. Thank you Shari's for CARING about your customers! I highly recommend this restaurant and will return with more groups.

I do not usually leave reviews for restaurants as I am busy and do not have time. I witnessed a particular situation while I was eating at Shari’s and I felt compelled to share. I had noticed that there was a vehicle stuck in the parking lot next door, as there has been heavy snow recently. It was an elderly couple. I witnessed a female manager go out into the snow and try to push the vehicle, come back with a shovel and then try to shovel the vehicle out. Mind you the snow was deep and she was definitely not dressed for doing this and probably got soaked. The efforts were to no avail, and she came back in to bring them out a cup of coffee while they were stuck in their vehicle. There was a male employee that didn’t seem interested in helping the efforts. Another vehicle came to pull them out and she went out to help push to finally get them free. The older couple ended up coming in and eating. It was just amazing to see a manager go above and beyond their duties to help someone in need. It’s amazing to see that there are still amazing workers and people out there in this day in age. I hope that she gets noticed for her efforts.

Loved my breakfast, great place after a 12 hr night shift. Customer care was great and meet Shari in person. She has great customer service. Highly recommend this place.
