I stopped by on a snowy day and placed my order at 12:35. By 12:59, I had picked up my to-go order. I ordered a sandwich and a cup of soup. It wasn't overly crowded at the time...
The food is above average. However, I prefer going to Capriotti's for sandwiches. Their pasta is delicious, and I really like their salads.
