Bidra med feedbackIt's sad how bad wing tips customer service has gone down, I would do this evaluation for all stalls, but this is the one that I go to most because eating is decent. the customer service is so bad. if they have a short spirit, they do not call to order because I promise they will either be crazy because they have to repeat 75 times, or they will feel like their conversation with a 5th grader. extremely frustrating. they will keep you in the middle of your set. I promise, this is not the first time for me, probably my third! so I'm writing this review now. if they have a good tolerance for ignorance, they are good to go because their food is in the place that is actually good.
Inside of the restaurant’s kitchen looks all wet and greased, an eye sore . Only one guy doing everything, from getting the orders to packaging and assembling the wings…. Package was all greased and wet. Order was supposed to be ready in 25 minutes, according the the online ordering system; but took 50 minutes. Think twice before ordering on this location … not coming back!
If I could give no stars I would. There is a little one named jimeca. If rude was a person she will be it. No personality, grabs the money and has a nasty attitude. This Wingstop was never like this. Now it seems to be the ghetto Wingstop. This is my cue to never buy again.
THE FRIES ARE TERRIBLE. Not just this Wing Stop ALL Wing Stops. They need to re-think how they make their fries. The seasoning option is good but the fries are horrible no matter what you put on them.
They Asked me if i m coming frm Hillsborough location, i YES I TOLD THEM THAT DEERFIELD location DIDNT GIVE ME MY ODER OR REFUND MY BACK, I ASKED for RECEIPT, She didn't even give EITHER,SHE SAID SHE THE MANGER, THEN WORKER FRM WILES CALLED THAT MANGER WALK UP TO ME PUT ME ON FACE TIME SHE IS HERE , I REALY CANT THEY WANTED TO START SOMETHING ! WOWCANT BELIVE WORKS GOT GUTS TO PUT U ON VIDEO CAMERA FRM THERE PHONE ASK U WHTS UP?
