Crydermans Barbecue - Cocoa

I stopped an early dinner tonight and the food was always amazing. You can really go wrong with one of the BBQ on the menu, and the pages are equally enthusiastic. Try the Mac n cheese you won?t be disappointed.

Imagine you were born in prison and you ate mysterious meat for the last 30 years, then you really ate brisket for the first time. This is how it is to experience Crydermans. If you don't like Crydermans, you don't love America. So either eat at Crydermans or just say you did it.

This bbq is a very average joint. I expected much more based on the reviews and what I heard about it. Here is what we experienced. brisket was very salty. ribs were hard, (not fall off the bone), with a crunchy sugar sprinkled on top. Together with the salt it was tasting very strange. Didn?t enjoy it at all. potato salad was bland coleslaw was good, not too sweet Mac cheese is the cheaply and quickly made kind where they just melt a pound of Velveta and mix in macaroni. I was expecting a baked Mac cheese. For a price of $27 per person, I would expect to have a much more enjoyable meal. Disappointingly average.

Fantastic find. Incredibly happy we found this place and stopped in. Brisket was moment stopping if you will. We had the big platter with all the meats and 2 sides and 3 guys had their way with it. Could easily feed 4 but we were enjoying it too much. Nice staff as well and cool setup. Well done!

Melt in your mouth brisket, the best I've ever had! And I'm from Kansas City so I know good barbecue. All sides are good but the coleslaw and mac and cheese were especially tasty. A little bit pricey but you get what you pay for! The Countdown Combo is definitely big enough for 2. And they have Cheerwine in their soda fountain! YUM.
