Also try their delicious special cookie called 'schmätzen ' (we preferred the chocolate one. Truly worthwhile! PS. We didn 't find the other bakery items to be special, and they had limited hours, but we award five stars because of their 'Master Gingerbread. '
This place is good in case you need a gift with specialties from the region or in case you need a souvenir from Coburg. They do have nicely decorated gift boxes with some liquor, jam, biscuits, chocolate, etc. Typical from Coburg and lovely prepared by the nice staff!

Great cake, very tasty. Wonderful gingerbread but a little too expensive. Staff friendly. Very recommended if you want to eat good cakes or cakes.
