I paid $18.70 for two burgers, but one of them was missing a patty and both had incorrect and very small toppings. I also ordered a $4.50 combo, but it was missing the drink and the portion of fries was extremely small. When I tried to return the food untouched with my receipt for a refund, I was told that what I asked for was incorrect and was refused a refund. I left without my lunch or my money, which was disappointing because I was really craving their delicious burger. Overall, I found it unacceptable to have more than three issues with my order when I was the only customer in the restaurant, especially considering the high prices.
