But the service sucks the lady attending us gave us attitude. she cleaned the tables we sat at, they were still dirty and sticky but we decided to not say anything. She brought us our drinks and we told her that she gave us the wrong soda she insisted she was right even going back and bringing the receipt to prove she was right, too in turn we showed her ours and it clearly said Pepsi. When other servers would just nicely change it for the correct one. Then as she was heading back she said under her breath alright nothing is going to happen like as if we were exaggerating but we didn 't give her attitude or made a big deal about it and is unprofessional on her part. Then when my wings came they didn 't give me the extra sauce I ask for so then again I went to ask that they didn 't have me the sauce I asked for there was a worker that I told what happened and he was nice about it and was going to give me a sauce but the girl asked what happened and I told her. she then went to get the receipt and the extra sauce wasn 't there when in fact I did tell her and order it with the rest of my order. But she didn 't put it for some reason. Idk if I want to go back to Pizza Hut after that experience this has never happened to me. Her name was Andrea if I remember correctly.

Food was delicious just the way I ordered it and on time
I ordered on the Pizza Hut app and had requested the order be ready at 3:15pm but somehow it got sent to the store at the time I ordered it and was ready within 20mins. I drive up to the pick up window at 3:30 to pick up and ring the bell for service, and the guy opens the window as if he’s opening the door at his house very bothered to assist me, gives me a very unpleasant look and says nothing as he bops his head. I say hi I’m here for my order, he said uhh huh, under what name? I Told him my name and he said ohh no we cancelled that order, you were supposed to pick it up at 2:20pm, so we cancelled it. I said ohh no it must of sent to the store when I ordered but I clicked on the later option, but ok then. He said we still have it, but it’s not fresh. I said it’s ok, I’ll take it. Rings me up, I ask for a receipt and says I can’t give you a receipt since it was cancelled. I tell him ok, thank you.I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut many times, the cheese sticks are my favorite! With this last experience and over all service, is a great disappointment. If that’s the service they believe is acceptable for customers, I’m greatly concerned about the food quality they are serving, cold in my experience.
I have one question ? Employe told me his name is mike Why he was shouting on phone although he can say polietly that he cant do that . I just said to switch meat lovers into something else and the pizza was burned and didnt get my plates and oregano as well on special request by my delivery driver I was very excited to try pizza hut in CA We Came from canada bad experience ?
