Little Caesars Pizza - Coachella

Pizza was mediocre, had to wait a couple minutes past my estimated time pickup for my online order but the cashier girl with the braids was very helpful and quick.

I picked up two pizzas and noticed a new white box and asked the front cashier girl “hey did you guys change your box recently?” She said “huh?” I then said “the box. I was just asking if the change was recent.” She responds with “it doesn’t matter. It’s just a box.” And me with “sorry, I was just making conversation.” If she doesn’t want her job I have a few cousins that would love one !!! They’ve been applying here recently lmao we’re all broke there’s no excuse for being a horrible human

Wow they really did not care about how they made my pizza or how they cut it. Almost looks like they were having a bad day or something and took it out on my pizza....we all go through it but show some professionalism when it comes to your job otherwise please find a different job....or ya know. Get some therapy....

The one in coachella is always super crowded and idk why but what is it going to take for the pizza cutter to actually cut the freaken pizza evenly!?

If I could give them a zero I would. The girls that work at the front desk have zero customer service skills. When I picked up my order I asked for chili flakes and Parmesan packages. The girl told me they didn't have any. Difficult to believe since it's a pizza place. She was too busy chitchatting with her coworkers who were browsing social media and seemed like I was an inconvenience to them. They then screamed because they saw who knows what on their social media and scared my toddler. They also failed to give me my complete order. I went back, no acknowledgement from anyone. Terrible, terrible place.
