Dutch Bros Coffee - Coachella

Instead of going to get my usual coffee from the Starbizzle, I decided to take a recommendation from my tita about this coffee since there aren?t any near where I live or usually work. The drive thru wait was not that long even though there was about 4 5 cars in each drive thru lane. I took the time to download their rewards app while I waited. They take your order from your car, as well as payment. The server working the drive thru was super chill. I decided on the Hazelnut Truffle Mocha blended drink because it was on the top of the Dutch Holiday Favorites list on their menu. At the pick up window, they greet you immediately, and it?s just positive vibes all around. I had a brief, cheerful conversation with the server at the window. I?m a huge Dutch bros fan. I had one across the street from me back home and the workers and service was amazing. I was mind blown buy the service I received at this indio location. Young gal I believe her name was Destiny was not friendly. I will not come back to this location anymore.

This place is a perfect example of how far customer service can go. Every visit I have is a positive interaction and this last visit just was over the top amazing, that I just had to finally leave a review. If this Dutch Bros was closer would definitely be stopping by more frequently than some other coffee spots. Stop by and take a chance to have your own positive experience from these employees.

Love the staff! They?re always in good spirits and they seriously make sure you have a great morning. If in doubt, they always recommend the best drinks. Love that we now have one of these locations so near by

It was like pulling teeth talking to the girl that took my order. Got it so so wrong, communication was terrible. Ended up with a coffee so sweet I could barely drink. Not the actual baristas fault, just the blonde girl who took my orders fault. I'm from Oregon so DB on our way to AZ was supposed to be a total hit, not a miss.
