Lately a lot of these Cha Chaan Tengs茶餐廳 changed their names to cafes 冰室 to invoke a sense of nostalgia. To me it's still the same thing no matter how they call it. Basically breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner are served with lots of varieties and reasonable prices. On this late afternoon set of pork chow mein $43 which is slightly smaller and cheaper than regular version, plus an iced red bean drink $7, it fits the bill for me.
