Bidra med feedbackCurry, Hainanese chicken rice. Couldn't find this rich and tasty dish even when I went to Thailand.
I have been here a few times and have always been happy and satisfied. This time, I came with friends from Kowloon to find food in Yuen Long. We ordered Thai-style raw shrimp, which was made with tiger prawns. They were fresh and chewy, although a bit expensive at $176 for 8. The winter melon and fish maw soup was made with Yuen Long fish maw, and the meat was fresh and not rotten. The satay skewers, winter melon soup, and green curry were all okay. The Hainanese chicken was a bit too fatty, but if the chicken had been blanched to remove some of the fat and crisp up the skin, it would have been better. For dessert, we ordered the mango sticky rice, which was made with a mixture of white and purple sticky rice and had a unique and delicious texture.
It was not good as last visit a few years ago. No quite authentic Thai food
