Roata - Cluj-Napoca

We were lucky enough to have booked a table here for Grand Union Day, as we saw many people asking about tables and being turned away. The place was full and buzzing (mainly with locals) enjoying the traditional Romanian dishes. We ordered the Lettuce soup with Polenta, Mushroom starter, Mushroom stew with Grilled veggies, Venison goulash with roasted potatoes, and everything was well cooked, tasty and generous portions. We should have ordered a little less so as to have room to share one of their delicious looking desserts we will remember next time! Great value meal with friendly service.

The food the atmosphere and the staff were all great. I had ciorba de vacuta and pork snitel. Also i tried the gulas, not the soup, the main course, everything was very good. Everyone at my table was very pleased with the food.

Very nice place, with traditional food and wines. We enjoyed our time there . You should try it!

Everything great, but check carefully the note. We were 9, lot of orders, long note. They charged us 2 botles of white wine instead of 2 glasses.

The Food was delicious. We are having a gread dinner, the wine was perfect. Also the service of the spain server was excellent. We will definitly come again.
