Doner Maxx - Cluj-Napoca

The shawarma is average, I mean, it's hard to get a descent Shawarma here in Cluj, not many good options anyway, but it is central and nice and actually big. The prices are above average for Romania.

First of all they take a tax for the transport if the location is not in center of the town. In our situation Constant Street wasn't cosidered center, absolutely weird! . Second of all they don't accept meal tickets for delivery, only if you buy from...inside the fast food. We asked for the order to be received at 14:00 and after about 2 hours since the order was confirmed, at 13:45 they called back and told us that they dont have that type of meat anymore, and if we want a different one they will prepare us and deliver it. Of course that would mean a huge delay...I don't recommend the delivery services which are more than bad and they have some strange rules...shame!

Oh God did I enjoy the food here. Very fast tasty and cheap. On the downside, no parking and not enough room inside for all the customers. Sandwiches are great and homemade bread is the best option in my opinion. Watch out for the extra...spicy powder, it really packs a punch!

They have the best döner in Cluj, and they also serve you a really big döner for a really good price. Best quality price in the town.
