Casa Tiff - Cluj-Napoca

Si trova all'interno di un cortile in pieno centro storico a Cluj; nella piazzetta dove si trova il Centro culturale italiano in str.Universitatii. Un posto carino, ben curato, pulito dove anche d'estate si puo' cenare all'aperto.Un posto non solo per giovani, anche se la maggiorparte dei clienti lo sono. Si possono gustare piatti della cucina romena ma anche della tradizione culinaria dei paesi dell'Europa occidentale. Piatti di discreta qualita' ad un prezzo ragionevole.

We visited for desserts only. American pancakes with maple syrup and raspberries turned out to be the most revolting heap of dough with sauce out of a plastic bottle and not a raspberry in sight. It scored zero for both taste and appearance. The first impression was that it was swimming in ketchup! Sympathetic waitress who clearly enjoyed the children. The toilets needed a bit of attention. Reasonable prices, but don't try the pancakes!

The food was terrible, sounded great on the menu but arrived and was barely the food advertised. The coffee, oh my goodness the coffee was bad. Dont go here, it is a waste of your time.

The servers were pleasant and helpful but getting our food took forever. Several items from the menu weren't available (who runs out of pre-bagged nachos?). When it eventually arrived it was very ordinary. Suggest the management spend some time organising the kitchen rather than thinking up creaking, film-based puns to describe the food.
