My burger was burned, but they replaced it the frits were very good

First of all, I would like to say that we eat quite often at a Red Robin when we travel in the USA. We're full of time RV'ers. The food was excellent as always. Our server was friendly. But she screwed our order twice. It wasn't enough we didn't come back... we will ensure that our server fully understands our order.

Eating is always delicious service is GREAT, but the restaurant is always so dirty. I was in a 2 seat cabin on a wall hanging next to us and the wall cladding were stacked with dust. The table we sat on was covered with crumbs. The bathroom garbage flew over to the floor and the entire floor was wet there. The worst had my last refill of iced tea lipstick on the glass!!! I didn't wear lipstick, nor did I drink from the glass. That was so disgusting. I felt sick immediately that I drank from a dirty cup. The standards here are so low. At the other end of Fresno, Shaw/Valentine, go to the Red Rebin.

I always bring my family here. The food is great. Many articles to choose from. Service is always the best. Parking is never a problem. Waiting to sit is not long. Overall, this place is never disappointed.

The food was good however, they have streamlined their menu quite a bit since I was last there. They were also out of several staple items, including bacon. The restaurant decor including the bathrooms are outdated and dilapidated. The customer service of the staff members was very good professional, friendly and efficient. I would say the customer service alone is carrying them through to a 4 star review. Keep up the good work and don't get comfortable.
