Bidra med feedbackGreat little hidden gem in Clovis! Fresh fruit, vegetables, and meats! Along with Armenian seasonings, breads, sauces, and drinks.Their is also a kitchen in the back with a full menu. The lamb is to die for!It is a little mom and pop place, so orders are an automatic 15-minute wait, but it is absolutely worth every second!
The new girl there needs help in customer service. And she knows nothing about the products. Miss the old owners. Not friendly. And sometimes just rude. Won’t be stopping there much anymore.
We eat takeout from Ararat at least once a week. What a great place the food is delicious, the servings are plentiful, and the staff are very nice and responsive. It’s just great to go a place and have someone say hello and use your first name as they remember you. the store part is full of the most unusual items from Eastern and south Central Europe every week. We try something different. I strongly encourage you to eat here, you will enjoy as much as we do.
The Kabob platters and wraps never disappoint, whether it's lamb pork chicken or beef it's all seasoned and grilled perfectly. The portions are always filling. Love finding the specialty items like lavosh and stuffed grape leaves at this market. Also love that it's family-owned.
Delicious food and friendly family owned restaurant/market. I highly recommend the Sochi style Cheese Bread, Bulgur pilaf, and Chicken Shish Plate with some garlic sauce. Everything else I've gotten here is also great. I like to call in my order to avoid a wait. Usually also like to pick up some Labne from the market to eat with pita chips. Give it a try, you won't be disappointed!
