Bidra med feedbackPROS: This diner is slightly higher than other diners. The quality of the food was better than usual, and the menu was a regular diner menu. The place had a nice layout and a waiting staff that was very well maintained, beautiful and knowledge about the menu. Some diners have a waiting staff acting like they don't want to be there, but it was different here. The mood you get from these people was great. It was very clean and the owner even came by to welcome us. CONS: Parking is terrible! You are either lucky enough to park on the street or you need to park in their crumb parking the size of a highway. OVERALL: This is not a bad diner, one of the best actually. In addition to the parking lot, the food and the service was great and the atmosphere was a bit higher. I recommend it!
The diner is fantastic with a wide selection and generous portions. It has a classic 'old school' feel with spacious booths and tables, and it appears to have been recently renovated. The restaurant is very clean and modern, with a lovely dining area. I prefer supporting local businesses over large national chains. I brought my family of 4 here and we left happy and satisfied. The Florentine sole fillet and lamb kebobs were amazing, as was the Shrimp Santorini dish. Long live diners, they are a staple of the American landscape!
I really enjoy dining at Closter Diner. The food is consistently excellent, and the staff is very friendly. Theodore is usually my server, and Spiro, the owner, is very welcoming. I don't mind going out of my way to visit this restaurant because it's always worth it.
I recently visited the Jersey Diner, which offers a wide variety of classic dishes like pancakes, French toast, omelettes, and Taylor Ham egg and cheese sandwiches. They also serve club sandwiches, burgers, and more. I appreciate that they stick to what they do best and don't try to follow trendy diner fads. I typically only visit diners for breakfast or lunch, so I can't comment on their dinner menu. The cheesecake looked tempting, but I didn't try it this time.
