Bidra med feedbackStaying on a local campsite, this restaurant for Takeaway Pizza has been recommended. We arrived and ordered two good, though somewhat overpriced pizzas. Since they are so busy and are unable to fix times, you will be hit and miss if you pick them up hot or cold. Well costed if the price was too high. Based on the greeting we had from the owner, we decided to book a table for the following week and try the menu. In the meantime, after a long day on the beach, we chose another Takeaway pizza. After we waited for 1 hour 30, we opened it to find all edges burned on both pizzas. Since the bases are so thin, the flavor of smell penetrates the pizza somewhat. Here, too, it was absolutely busy, so that just that down there. The evening came, we booked an early table. They offered an English menu, although the waiter was unable to make head and tail of it and ended with running the wrong plate. The Mojito was badly flavored and killed with the mint. The dishes are too expensive. 24 euros for three scallops and two yarns on a spear and some overly cooked chips with a small shrimp. €20 for dry crushed veal, with the same overcooked chips and another miniscule garnish is not good at all. We left in front of the Dessert menu, the staff left us with several empty bottles and glasses on a tiny table, so we had no room to move because they never checked again for us how they were too busy. As someone else checked, the restaurant should really stay on the pizza. If you want good food, try La Villa in Guidel on the street. Easy cheaper and much better menu, setting and service round. You also make great pizzas!
The food was delicious and great value and the service was really good. The children both chose pizza. The pizza's were huge so they shared one (with a little help from Mum and Dad) and we took the other one away with us. My husband chose a pork dish and I had lasagne both of which were lovely. Family of 4; 2 children's meals (incl main course, ice cream and drink), 2 main courses, 1 dessert, glass of wine and a large beer €54
This restaurant opened in summer of 2015 and is situated at the roundabout Clohars Carnoet and Le Pouldu. My family and I visited twice during our stay at a nearby campsite and we were not to be disappointed. The management were extremely welcoming and on the second occasion which was my daughter's birthday, they went out of the way to ensure that she had a really nice birthday meal, bringing a superb desert, complete with indoor firework! The food was excellent, pizzas to die for! A few little nibbles were much appreciated as we waited for our meal. Apart from Pizzas, the restaurant serves a full menu with a fixed price lunch menu too. Highly recommended. Book in advance during the busy times.
