Well, ordered two hours ago, order not yet here. In the last hour in the oven. This is the second time in the 3 weeks. Well, while your food is good. Your service is terrible. If you want to wait an eternity, go ahead and starve. This place is a joke? UPDATE: The food was delicious, Hungerpangs weighed in my previous post. Waiting so long is frustrating. But the owner's answer was timely and spot on. With most facilities overlooking a worker and shortage of delivery this day and age. It can take more time to get your delivery. Maybe if a restaurant's muddled, they might let customers know something better. You have our contact information and expectations are everything. If you know that your slammed and deliveries will run late would go a long way to increase a customer experience. Just a thought. If we had known you were mugged, we wouldn't have asked ourselves what the deal was. Just a thought owner. Smile?

Excellent experience ??? First time there because I had read previous reviews. Spoke with Jamie, the assistant manager. The pizza was amazing. I will definitely be returning. Picked up the take home menu and also plan to try their lunch specials one of these days.

Delicious! We are from out of town and just wanted a good cheese pizza delivered to our hotel. They were fast and friendly? $18 for a medium extra cheese but it was worth every single penny. Absolutely amazing. And the sauce that came with it, some kind of jalapeño ranch, sooooo good!!! Wish I had a Sarpinos at home! Thanks!!!

Order a all meat pizza on half and add black olives on just half at 4:35 P.M. when I got it no olives so I call gentlemen puts me on hold and ask cook he comes back to phone and said cook remembered he put olives on half I said I can send you picture there is no olives then puts me on hold lady comes on says can I help you so I explain again she goes all I can do is make you another one I say ok so 58 minutes later 1hr and 52 minutes from original order they bring 2 ND pizza and says sorry new help made it sound like I was invonviencing them. So I am going to help them out and never order from them again. Pretty pathetic service to say the least.I tried to give 0 stars it would not let me. I had to destroy it because the cook said he put them on there as you can see he did not. Love your response.

Calzone was loaded with meat, cheese and peppers ?. Jalapeños poppers were stuffed with ricotta cheese, amazing ?. Buffalo wings were dry, barely had any sauce on them. Hence the 4 stars. I like my Buffalo wings wet. Would definitely order from here again.
