Mcdonald's - Clio

After getting home and having my first order mostly wrong, and the rest cold I spoke to a manager who said he would fix my order if I wanted to come back. My husband drove back and got most of the order correct but we were still missing a McDouble (I guess he should of dug through to the bottom to make sure both were in there) and again the fries were cold. I can’t believe how terrible the service was. This was at 530 pm on a Sunday night you’d think the fries would at least be fresh.

This restaurant operates on either deception or pure ignorance. Don't just count how many items you have, verify all of the contents. Out of an order we had of 80 pcs of nuggets, we were SIXTEEN short that they had spread through the 4 orders to make it look legit. Also a cheeseburger was MISSING THE BURGER. You can't complain about a living wage and be unable to count to 20 four times. Clio McDonald's stands for Completing Lists Is Onerous. What a joke.

They were very nice and had good attitudes but they had a hard time placing my one drink order, ended up putting an ask me on it for special request because they couldn't figure out their system... Then proceeded to make my drink incorrectly anyway. I've given them three shots recently and every time my drink order has been either wrong or unable to be done because their machine us down.

It took 45 minutes to get food. It was not what was ordered it was cold. Service was terrible. Restraunt was dirty.

Our food was cold, asked for extra ketchup onions on quarter pounder, barely got anything on the dry burgers. $28 for some nasty food! Thanks!!
