Great food experience and clean. I was there two weeks ago and more help has to be hired. To do everything to kill him and get to the point of exhaustion. I was here enough to get my own napkins and cutlery. At least try the salad bar especially at the family night as it is included with the meal. Use vouchers if possible to get better prices at total cost. Closed permanently due to coronavirus could not have enough business in performing and delivery.

The service was great! Ask Michelle, she was very friendly and professional. She made our experience so much better there. I will ask this server every time I come back!! Thank you for my family and I feel at home Michelle!!!! You're the best server I've ever had!

I placed my order and paid online went to pick it up and followed their instructions for pickup to text hut to their phone number i received a text asking my name and vehicle information which i responded back with after 10 minutes i had not received anything finally someone else pulled up and went inside so i went in to see what was going on only to have to pay again which ok maybe the payment did not go through so i pay again then get told they wont except my card and i had to pay cash which i did not have at this point i am furious and screaming because they cant figure out that its been paid for and they refused to give me my food i go out to my car look at my bank account and realize i have been charged twice i go back inside louder and more pissed off to be told that i am a liar and should have come in sooner because they never received the message that i was outside waiting one person finally grabbed my food threw it on the counter and said there is no reason to get upset i will just void the ticket when i got home i called corporate explained what happened and that one charge should be returned after the void but how can it be returned if according to them it wasnt paid so now i am still sitting with a double charge and waiting for a call from the District manager but this just solidified why i will NEVER go to pizza hut again this store is nothing but problems

Was told my food was put out for delivery and didnt receive my food for 30 minutes and the only thing that wasnt cold was my sodaWill not order again
