Put an online order and got home and it was wrong. rashad was very rude in managing the situation. insinuated that I did not say the truth, as they “have not a sandwich to this description.” offered to send pictures, he was annoyed and said: “I will only reimburse the sandwich” and went on to hang up in my face.

The place was a little dirty. both pimple glasses were empty near and they were crumbling, and they were old and gummy. my salat was good, but had to take the crumbs out, they were also like rubber.

Terrible. the bank has made my order wrong. it was added a suppe that I did not order, it was refunded by the manager who acted as if it were the worst inconvenience of the night. when the girls brought me the meal, I was wrong and told them about it. they gave me my side, and I told them what I ordered. I heard her on the counter and told the manager about it. the manager never came to check us or to apologize for the confusion or to clarify what I ordered. the rest of my party ended her meal and I sat there waiting for a sandwich that never came. we have eaten several times here and always had a great experience. the manager sucked tonight and it reflected on all the staff and service. we observed at least 3 other customers have orders wrong or have long waits for their order. it is easy to notice a lot when they wait for eating that will never be delivered. the floors we are fiessing and they have not cleaned under the tables. I contacted this restaurant just a moment ago to ask what desserts they had currently because I know sometimes they have new items. The young lady that answered was very rude and rather than answer she began to repeat the same desserts we always have. Ok..sometimes you have german chocolate and sometimes the pumpkin cake. All you had to do was answer the question...not be condescending and unprofessional. How do you know this was not my first time visiting this place?! If you are going to be rude when you answer the phone than don't pick up, customers do not deserve your foolishness..? mess!!!??
