Serious customer service, don't pay attention to customers, everyone runs like a huh cut off with his heads. is rude and so is the employee

He waited for over 45 minutes for 2 apple cakes. I had already paid for them. they asked us to raise and wait. never again

In the line stood without having to greet at least three minutes before my asking for a greeting, someone who worked the line was without answer. two mobile orders were waiting for help. Finally a young lady came on break to take my order while the mobile orders had to call for help! that is the worst indication of the customer at the food brush. Not to mention that I apply this particular situation because it is at the place where I work. I understand being overwhelmed, but there were more than enough people walking around where someone could do better at working the cash register and getting out.

This load is brand new, so it is nice and clean, but it does not offer any refills and had no items on store if I have been here at some separate locations. I will choose in the future another mcdonalds that offers refills. I know it may seem trivial, but I enjoy it when I move out. with a mcdonalds at each corner it is easy enough to choose another store to give my money.

Absolute worst 5 pm in a Sunday and the inside is locked and the drive thru line is goin into the street. This is the closest McDonald’s to my home but I will have to stop coming here cause of this issue. Wait in the drive they for about 29 minutes. It’s always super slow at this location.
