I completed a survey and gave a positive review. After that, I was asked to do a follow-up survey. Overall, the staff was friendly. I really enjoyed the chicken strips—both the Nashville Hot and Smoky Mountain varieties were tasty. The hot honey was also a nice touch. Among the three options, the Gold of Georgia is the mildest. I could use a bit more time on the treadmill, though! I appreciate that they offer green beans instead of higher-glycemic sides like rice, potatoes, or corn. Just a note, they weren’t really green. Overall, it has an independent vibe.

The KFC chicken sandwich is incredibly addictive—so delicious! I really wish they would create a low-sodium menu so I could enjoy KFC more often.

I really enjoyed the classic chicken sandwich and liked it so much that I returned a few days later to order it again. However, when I went through the drive-thru, I was frustrated with the speaker. It was challenging to hear what the staff member was saying, and I had to ask them to repeat themselves multiple times to finalize my order. This is an area where customer service could use some improvement.
