The lady taking orders kept interrupting while I was trying to order saying “okay” while I was still saying what I wanted and was very rude and had a bad attitude. Service: Take out Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I try to go to the one on North because they make the drinks correctly but this morning I was late so went to the Clifton one near my house. They never fail to make the drinks taste terribly wrong. They added way too much mocha to both small drinks it was so thick. They didn’t add whip, Carmel drizzle or my espresso shot to mine or my sisters drinks. I went in to add the Carmel drizzle and whip the girl was rude and had attitude but just realized they didn’t add the shot of espresso on either of my drinks that I added a shot too. I called to request a refund and Morgan the manager said to call corporate but would not give me the number. She was also rude on the phone and when I was trying to explain what was going on she would start talking to someone else and not listen to what I was trying to tell her. I will go back today for a refund when I get off and get the corporate number then because this happens every time my sister or I come to this one. By far my favorite Starbucks in the valley. The new remodel makes it much more accessible and easier to stay a bit longer and get some work done. The staff is great here, seems to know every customer by name. Great job! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The quickest I've ever been in and out of a Starbucks drive thru! Drinks and food were great and the lady at the window was incredibly nice. Thank you!
