Service was much better than expected. I think they were able to fix some of the issues they were having earlier. Loved the food, can?t get enough of it. Placed look great, nice design.

Terrible. The employees were not professional at all. This was my second time going to this location. Figured I?d give them a second chance. Never again. There was barely any mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese in the containers. The so called chicken tenders were the size of the nuggets. As a person who has worked in customer service for years. Their customer service was absolutely terrible. At least this time they remembered to ask me if I wanted sauce for the second time before leaving the window after receiving our food. Never again halfmoon popeyes. The Albany location is 10/10 better.

The food is consistently good here, although they are always so busy, 20 minutes in the drive through, that when I went there this night they were out of mild chicken and no chicken sandwiches, which of course is their signature item. I ordered the spicy and it was good. Still 5 stars for this location, food quality has not yet disappointed.

Even though they were out of some menu items I was able to substitute. The crew was awesome, there was nice conversation between the crew members. It seemed like a happy place to be at. Manager was very apologetic for the shortcomings in his store but my family knows that it isn't his fault, there are alot of restaurants that are out of things. We will be visiting again in the future. Keep up the good work

For around $18.59 includes tax you get different sizes of small thin not much meat tenders and it really wasn't that good. Very heavy with the salt Was even charged for a meatless tender.... Would you go back again Forgot to tell that some are to hard to chew
