Portland House Of Pizza - Cliff Island

Placed a delivery order at 11:40am for 7 items, mostly salads. Confirmation email said it would be delivered by 12:24pm. It is now 1:04pm and I am still waiting for my delivery. If you don't have enough staff to run delivery, please don't make it available to your customers. Poor

Best place good prices and big portions! Everyone is so nice and the food is so fresh

The food was okay, I guess... but I paid 65-70 dollars for 1 pizza and 2 subs. You're better off going to McDonald's

My boyfriend and I have been frequent customers of PHOP. We have always loved the food and atmosphere of this location. As of late, I have to say I’m disappointed with the service. Just today, my boyfriend and I placed an order. We purchased two sandwiches, a salad, and fries. We never received the salad and were still charged for this.If it was only that one mistake, I would not be writing this review. About a month ago, I bought a single piece of baklava which came to about $3.00. I picked this up after my significant other had placed a pretty large order. At first, the charge on my statement showed I was charged the $3.00. About 3-4 days later, I noticed on my bank statement said that the price had switched and came out a little over $8.00 for the small desert I had picked out. I never had put a tip on this purchase so I called into the store to inquire more with a manager. From my perspective, it only seemed like I was wrongfully charged. I am worried someone working for this establishment could be adding tips onto orders. I told him the date the order was placed and I was promised follow up. I never heard back. I love this store and would hate to see a decline in service. I wouldn’t be providing this feedback if I didn’t genuinely care to see improvements upon these areas.

Stopped by for my birthday pizza, and enjoyed it. Pizza style is not my favorite, but it was ok for a change. Service was prompt and friendly.
