Stopped at this location at 1125am 10.6.19. the two ladies working were sitting In a booth talking to one another. I tried to order the two any subs for 11.99 all day sat/sun. no where on the sign did it say it excluded any subs. The ladies said I couldn't get what I wanted. bbq rib sub. that is false advertisement and they were extremely rude. I will not return.
If you have specific requests for dietary needs they will not accommodate. They have 4 people working and only one order is processed at a time minimum 15 minute wait to be told they cannot serve you.
The lady was nice, but she was quite slow. The food wasn't great either; by the time we got to the car with our order, everything was cold. The pizza was undercooked, and we had to keep asking for it to be heated longer, but it still wasn't finished properly.
I was very disappointed with the staff, as they only wore their masks under their chins. There was a Spanish man who seemed to be leading the team, acting as if he were the manager. Even he wore his mask under his chin. Furthermore, there was a sign on the window stating that masks must be worn to enter.
