Best Palmiers! Crunchy and just the right sweetness, $2.25 each and they are large! Zoss is closing on March 30, 2019 forever so make sure you check them out before that!
Well, we had to make a trip to Cleveland and saw the bakery sign per accident. Because I'm Swiss by myself, everything swiss makes my head turn (or my wifes in this matter). We stopped and learned to my pleasure that the owner is Swiss himself. We had a nice little chat in our language. Of course we bought some baked goods and bread and enjoyed every bite. We will stop by again on our next trip to Cleveland.
My favorite bakery in town. Each of their products is wonderful. Never have had a bad item and I've been coming here for years.
Shortly after the turn of the century, I had a blueberry scone at Zoss the swiss baker. The quality of said scone would be insulted and minimized if i were to declare it epic and unmatched. Indeed, in the intervening decade, I've been unable to find a scone which can even approach a faint shadow of that which I obtained from Zoss. I still tell friends and family about that scone. If you are within a thousand miles of Zoss, you should immediately drive there, and purchase baked goods. If you live on a paleo or LCHF diet, you should forsake said diet for the length of time it will take you to obtain and consume a variety of goods from Zoss. You will not regret doing so. Verily, a trip to Zoss will make it easier for you to forswear any baked goods in the future, for none can possibly compare to the Swiss perfection which you will find.
