Bought a package at Meijer in Brimfield, OH. It’s delicious. I removed the casing and pinched off little tid bits and seared in a cast iron skillet. Threw in some thin sliced onion/red pepper/Salt pepper and served with red sauce and penne pasta. With some parmesan cheese of course. Really good spicy sausage.

If this is the lou's sausage sold at giant eagle and marcs this is the best sausage I have ever tasted.I have been buying it for a couple years now.It is not greasy.just absolutely delicious.I always make a crockpot full and it disappears.Everyone wants more...I won't name names but the other sausages on tv commercials are cr .Excellent.keep doing what your doing.Dont change a thing.Lulu (plus a good name)
Freshest, real sausage taste with no fillers. Best for homemade pizza!
