King Fong Chinese - Cleveland

Been loyal customer until today. Whe a young man at counter was very rude and disrespectful. Hung up the phone before order was complete. When called back to finish order he continued to be disrespectful person. Said many times he don't care about the customer or how much money people spend in that business. Over 20 years I been ordering there. They just a 300 dallor a mouth customer.

Got cashew chicken for lunch special was good but the vegetables were a little overcooked. But the wonton soup was good.

Don’t listen to the One or Two-Star reviewers on here. This place has amazing food. Been going here 5yrs now! Tasty! Like what kind of service does an American expect to get in. Chinese food place. How about the bare minimum talking, yes please! But huge portions

Food is awful. Tastes like cardboard. Wondering if their meat is not really real meat. People there are rude and they don't fix their mistakes on orders. Their view is terrible. I have to say this is the worst Chinese restaurant I've ever been to.

This is one busy restaurant and thus far they have not failed on making delicious Chinese food. My go to is their pepper steak with extra onions, bell peppers and added mushrooms. The teriyaki chicken sticks are so good and the egg drop/wonton soup combination is filling!!
