It doesnt look like much from the outside and honestly the inside is not so nice either, however the food is really good. My boyfriend and I were staying at an Airbnb so close that we walked here one morning. Im glad we gave it a chance as we were pleasantly surprised. The home fries were probably the best we’ve ever had. Our server was pleasant and kind. You cannot beat the price either, very reasonable.

Y’ALL!! They season the home fries!!! And the grits taste like they were made by my uncle from Mississippi. You can’t go wrong here.

I never expected breakfast to be this exciting. The food was beyond flavorful and the pancakes weren’t just pancakes. They’re light and taste just how I’ve always wanted pancakes to taste (real) Normally I can’t have pancakes because I’m gluten intolerant but these pancakes made my stomach relax. I’m definitely not a breakfast person but based on this experience, I’m eager to try so many other items on their menu. That cook knows what he’s doing!! Everything we had- had so some flavor.

Great diner! Food was delicious. Be prepared to wait as they make your food to order. It's well worth it. I really miss places like this.

My husband and I went here for the first time this morning. I can’t believe after living in this neighborhood for 18 years we have missed this gem! The food felt like it came out of our own kitchen. The pancakes had that butter crisp crunch on the edge, mine had fresh blueberries mixed in. The grits were perfect. I must say the best part was meeting new neighbors and finding our new favorite breakfast spot. Thank you Josie, Mariah and the rest of the family! We will be back soon!!
