Bidra med feedbackMy husband just stayed there. They do not close by 11. He went fine at 8:35. 1. The girl worked OUTSIDE with someone who was parked on the curb. He goes in, she comes in and says, "So we're looking for me?" (Real professional) he answers to "yes". She said I'm sorry I had to take the garbage out. (Remember, she talked to someone in a car on the curb). She goes behind the counter, doesn't wash her hands. He wouldn't have taken the food unless she had dressed gloves. He commands steak and cheese....they don't close until 11, it's 8:30, but they're out of him.......she says good, we have it, but it's frozen! Not acceptable. Now we know that the meat is feozen, not in any way fresh. I'm not back.
Eating is good, but the landscapes outside is terrible to be a new restaurant, you would think that they want a beautiful look, the weeds have grown the plants. Makes our city look a bit ashamed...
The service here was super bad. Staff could not find out how to use our coupon from the subway text club and not give us the right price or article. Then he made our sandwich wrong. Staff complained about how many customers they had to use.
The employees are always on smoke breaks (they smell HEAVILY of cigarette smoke! Nauseating! with the gone to the bathroom sign out when we go in and try to order a sandwich. Usually wait about 10 minutes for them to return. Only one person working usually, and they really don 't seem to care.
I placed an order on the subway app tonight when I arrived at the location in Cleveland, GA to pick it up, I couldn't help but find out exactly how packed the restaurant was. They looked a lot to be Monday night. Before entering the building, the male subway sandwich artist / associate, greeted us at the door informed us that our order was not prepared due to the printer from paper...
