Excellent customer service starting with the cashier. She was very patient with my grandma who has dementia. She explained everything to her and helped her tremendously by treating her with so much respect. The manager was very pleasant to a customer that came into the facility. From the conversation the man frequent the the place to use the restrooms. He also treated this gentleman with dignity and respect.We will be back due to the services and food.

Absolutely love the staff called in my order a few times customized off menu without any issues and definitely without any sub par customer service. HIGHLY recommend!

Visitor in Cleveland University Circle area. Craving pizza; Rascal closest and has delivery. Best pizza ever. Everything yummy. Best pepperoni I've ever eaten, not too spicy. Delivery a little slow, but only one driver, peak busy time, and very cold outside. Very understandable. Try the pizza
