Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleveland

The good was delicious. But...Bad customer service at store 2697. 40 minute total wait time. 20 minutes to prepare our order. Order was incorrect. We were ignored and staff was not friendly. It was our first visit to Popeyes and also our last.

This was the worst popeyes I eat in my life, I should buy a macdouble all my food was old I specifically asked to be fresh and the drive thru had no manierism in all the worst experience and $25 I ever spent

Heavy set light skin with glasses is very rude and has her child running around horse playing in lobby food is always over cooked or under cooked. Don’t recommend.

Everyone working at this restaurant I am convinced triez to work slower then next. Could someone please explain how a chicken sandwich and French fries takes 45 min everytime? It's fast food! I could literally kill the chicken and make it myself faster but I just don't have the spice sauce to put on it ?Food: 3/5

Missing pieces of my order, they told us pull up and we will bring it out. 15 min later my wife had to go a d get it..it had been sitting for 15 min so it was cold..we pulled off, came back to get beinè that didn't receive..they didn't have any moreFood: 4/5
