Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Cleveland

I love this place. I have turked and was wrong, went to store and they replaced my order. great customer service and great food!

Almost always I go there, my order is wrong, and they get an employment when I tell them that my order was wrong. I love that huh, but the workers need a better trade, white meat dark meat.

A bit of a wait but the chicken was hot and fresh and the nice black lady at the counter even thru in a couple cold apple sauce squeeze pouches for the kids! Really came in handy on a hot summer day!

Slow service and they got the order wrong, even after I repeated my order at the window while I was paying. This has happened the last 4 times I have gone there. So sad, this use to be the best Popeyes on this side of town.Now it is just as bad as the others. Looks like it's back to KFC.

All the food was fresh and the hospitality was on point. The team worked well with each other and got costumers in and out with ease. I’m not from around here but if I’m ever in the area I would go to this when and tell everyone else to too!
