Penn Station East Coast Subs

I asked for a grilled Dagwood and it was cold. My fries weren’t salted, didn’t greet me at the door, didn’t ask about fresh squeeze lemonade, cookies or soft drinks. Honestly pretty rude to me, I’ll be staying away from here for a bit lol. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely loved coming here a few days ago! I had never visited this location, but it’s definitely the best one around. Super nice atmosphere and staff! Messed up order multiple occasions without adding the items that are asked to be added onto a sandwich legit just got chicken and cheese no dressings nothing almost drove back up I really shouldn’t have to check and open my sandwich to verify if everything is on it and wrap it back up. The worst Penn Station ever. Sadly I love their sandwiches and it is the only near by so I tolerated their rundown building, dirty restaurant and rude staff on the occasion... No More I'm not going to get a health lecture about a forcing me wear a face diaper from the slob that sits behind the the counter not following general hygiene.
