The younger person was not very polite and my family and waited over 1 hour and 10 minutes after finding out our order was never put it. Let's just say by the time we got our food it was every bit of 1hr 54minutes.Food: 3/5

I wish I could have given no stars. The older lady with the dreads and glasses was very unpleasant. After taking an order from a customer in front of me the old dry woman didn't acknowledge my presence. She never looked up and I know for a fact she saw me. She continued to look down, walked away, and returned to the window again looking down. At least she could have spoken and said I will be with you in a moment. If Kim's Wing had been opened I would have gone there. I only stayed because I had formal clevelanders in town who wanted intercity wings. They said Kim's are better. Tell the old bitty to smile and use pleasantries!!

This was without a doubt, The Best Polish Boy I’ve ever had! The fries were crisp. The perfect amount of heat. ?️ Food: 5/5

Someone treated me to a chicken wing dinner. The business is I'll equipped to deal with the volume. Took a good 40 minutes plus to get our food. My church friend said she was glad she checked the order as a lot was missing. Wings were puffy (air), and the fries were okay with the sauce. The Cole slaw left in the container that lost its lid was good

The service wasn't great they weren't very personable. The wings were great, the fries hard and appeared to be old and recooked, not fresh at all, and the coleslaw was disgusting. That was my first time eating there. I may give them one more shot, but the fries and coleslaw are the same. I won't be back, ever!! Can't throw my money away on bad food or any service for that matter.
