Geppetto's Pizza Ribs - Cleveland

I love these ladies! I'm both a customer and delivery driver. Their ribs are delicious, and I always have a laugh with them when I go in.

Worst lasagna. Said there was meat in it. We couldn't see any or taste it. They should be ashamed of that. I don't know about the other menu items but I won't be trying anything else from here.

Been coming to this location two the three times a week since i moved into the area , love the pizzas but what made me post this review today is about how i ordered a special request chicken parm but as a sandwich on garlic bread . Let me tell you me it was the best chicken parm sandwich ive ever had . I highly reccommend asking for chicken parm this way to try at least once for something different but familiar and tasty .

I placed an order at 6:15pm, and was told 8pm pickup time. I arrive 5 minutes early to be told it would be another 30 minutes. I left and strive 30 minutes later. 2 people are waiting so I ask if they've been helped since no employees were communicating with anyone. They said they were waiting step up to the counter and the older blonde employee just starts staring at me with the meanest look on her face. She just stands there irritated not saying anything, so I waitr for her to ask me if I had an order, but no she just stands there as if I'm bothering her. Finally in a rude nasty irritated voice she asked what I needed. I said my name on the order. She looks around and finds and tosses it to me. I leave. I get home and they gave me a half slab rib dinner for one instead of the full slab meal I ordered. I payed $43 for something that was worth $18. I received maybe half of what I should have received. Will never go back with this kind of service and then to not get my full order is unforgivable. I would have called to get the rest of my order but they were so behind on orders and rude, I know it would have not gotten anywhere.

If you're a bit buzzed and just need some pizza in your life then this is an okay place. If nothing else, you're supporting the neighborhood and that is always a good thing!!! Would sober me order from here? Probably not. But they are one of the few pizza joints that have green olives. So, for that reason alone....I gotta show em some love!!!
