East China - Cleveland

Delicious!. I love food in the east of China, I always command them when I come home for vacation. My food is always delivered hot and tasty! The restaurant is run by a very nice family. Since I am Chinese myself, I understand why some ignorant Americans can confuse their loudness as rudeness, but so we are Chinese. If you can't handle it, you might just go to Mcdonalds and get a burger. I also love the children sitting in the restaurant and playing games that I think it makes more of a family restaurant! Dear this restaurant, come here since my family moved to Ohio in 2006, and will often come here!

Not many exciting restaurants on this side of the city, but the food here tastes pretty good! It is a place for ordering Carry Out, so do not expect too much in terms of behavior! I'm going for dinner, not alone. Here are some tips: If you call in your order, please! Know what you want and tell them. That's it! Don't ask for the sum, because after you tell them what you want, they'll hang up right away. That's it. They are too busy and trust me when they lose you as a customer, they will always win a new one!

Good food, quick delivery. I have found when I am lazy to get up and get food that East China provides good quality, with great hospitality. People have to take their accents as rudeness, but I never felt that they were rude, busy or rushing. In fact, the negative reviews of their service, with good reviews of their food, is what encourages me to give them a shot.

GOOD not to buy in neg reviews. An exp I had was on halloween night they were clearly overwhelmed with going into the phone orders but still remained polite and delivered fast food service and good quality food! I never had a bad ex and food was always good here for me. these other reviewers were either too critical or had a bad experience and that was it for them. I can only say that I've been here several times and will continue here!

Sweet and Sour chicken. Good Food, Very Long Delivery Time But The Food Was Worth It, I Also Wish The Lady Answering The Phone Was A Less Snobby. But Overall I Like It
