Big Boy

Food isn't what it use to be if you order for delivery/pickup expect things to be wrong. Ordered Berry Nut Hotcakes, didn't get the Berry Nut topping (so received regular boring pancakes while spending over $10)... Ordered the Loaded Waffle Fries, order came with FIVE average size waffle fries and no bacon or green onion (only had tons cheese and maybe ranch for freaking $7). Last time we gave them a try the Patty Melt was on white bread, instead of rye didn't have onions, plus they didn't include the onion rings we were up charged for. Seems they have zero quality control, so customers suffer.

I stopped in on Aug 15th around 1 and ordered a super big boy and slim jim to go the service was great gentlemen Ina red shirt helped me the problem was slim jim was good, big boy on the other hand. Meat was burnt, no cheese, no lettuce no sauce at all on the burger very dissatisfied

Very nice we were there so long the waitresses changed shifts! Both were wonderful. Chicken tortilla soup was great.

Horrible food I went to get some biscuits and gravy with bacon it was the worst I had tasted never again was of time and

Food was great, Atmosphere was clean, Waitress gave very poor service had it not been for the hostess, I would not have had napkins or a spoon for my meal. Katie was there waitress she came to my table 3 times, 1 for the order, 2 to give my food and 3 was check. I had to ask for more coffee and a new spoon because she did not give me a knife for my food nor did she ask me if my meal was okay or if I needed anything else. I informed the manager, I hope she gets reprimanded. I will not return any time soon.
